It started with
a simple need.
A place to be together.
There was no place
like it.
So we created one.
Podaj Dalej was born from something very simple — the need for a place where families could spend meaningful time together, be active and connect across generations.
We wanted parents to be able to bring their children, move alongside them and show them that an active lifestyle can be something shared — not something adults and children have to do separately.
There was no place like that around us. So instead of waiting for one, we created it.
What began as a space for the Polish community has grown into something much wider: a place where generations meet, friendships begin and people living away from their home country can feel part of something again.
Our Polish roots remain an important part of who we are, but Podaj Dalej is open to everyone. Different backgrounds, cultures and generations are not something we separate — they are what make the community stronger.

What started locally is growing with a simple idea: to take movement, connection and community spirit further — to new places, new people and new communities across England.
Our Polish roots will always be an important part of who we are, but Podaj Dalej is open to different cultures, new perspectives and people who want to create something positive together.
We are open to instructors, volunteers, partners, new ideas and communities who share the same belief: that something good becomes even more powerful when it is passed on.
